We use CAD\/CAM modeling and programming software to perform <\/span>precision aluminium machining<\/b>, including components with complex geometries, 3D surfaces and machining operations on multiple faces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our production department is equipped with <\/span>two 5-axis CNC machining centers and three 3-axis CNC machining centers<\/b> dedicated to milling. This setup allows us to select the most suitable technology for each component and combine multiple operations within the same production cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n

We machine different aluminum alloys, including <\/span>ERGAL, ANTICORODAL and AVIONAL<\/b>, performing milling, drilling, counterboring, countersinking, reaming, tapping, boring, facing and contouring operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on the component specifications, we can also supply parts with <\/span>aluminum surface treatments<\/b>, including decorative anodizing, black anodizing, natural gray anodizing and hard anodizing.<\/span><\/p>\n

STARMEC combines CNC machining with an <\/span>automated system<\/b>, using a <\/span>robotic cell for automatic part loading<\/b> connected to the machining center. The robot handles component loading and unloading, allowing the machine to continue the production cycle autonomously and reducing downtime between one machining operation and the next.<\/span><\/p>\n

This configuration combines the precision of <\/span>CNC aluminum milling<\/b> with greater production continuity, making it particularly suitable for series production and orders involving repetitive machining operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Automation does not replace process control: programming, setup, dimensional inspection and supervision remain in the hands of our technical staff, while the robotic system handles component movement throughout the production cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n
